For both, orders placed on our website and wholesale orders, we offer ONE of the following customizations on each item:

  • One design on wood engraving on standard size (1 *1 inch / 2*2 cm approx)

All complimentary customization is subject to written approval prior to production and must align with Bohophy’s existing material specifications and design standards.

Custom elements that require structural modifications, specialty materials, engraving, unique packaging formats, or additional sourcing will be quoted separately.

Final artwork and specifications must be approved in writing before production begins. Changes requested after approval may result in additional fees and adjusted timelines.

Free Customization for orders placed on our website

We offer free customization for orders of 10+ pieces made on our website. Customization can add up to 5 business days to the total shipping time. An email has to be send prior to the production of the pieces in onrder to be elegible for this promotion. For smaller orders on our website, customization won't be available.
