Cancelations & Returns

CANCELATIONS

To secure the order, all fees must be paid no later than 5 business days prior to the shipping of the order. Any unpaid balances after such time will be items canceled from the order.

If your order has not started production we can change it or cancel it, no problem :) Once your order has started production and/or we receive your cancelation request later than 5 business days after the order was placed, we might review your order to see if cancelation is still possible. We cannot assure cancelations after 5 business days of the order being placed.

Customers can expect a refund if the order is canceled by BOHOPHY, clients may be extended a full refund (100%).

RETURNS

Please be aware that products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, including woven and wood colors, details and size can vary due to the handmade process and occasional missing threads and similar defects. Products are subject to differences one from another due to the handmade process. Woven details and size can vary due to the handmade process. 

Please allow the natural handmade process to bring its value. We do our best to assuring quality.

We do not accept returns and refund (partial or full), ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please understand, custom items are made for you. 

Please note that the timeframe in which we need to receive an email explaining your case is 2 days after you received the merch to be considered for a possible return. We will review it and have a reply by the 5th day after receiving the email.
