Some of our packages are shipped from our US warehouse, however sometimes due to the local inventory, they will be shipped from Mexico’s warehouse.

Yes, we ship everywhere. If your order passes the quota of 4 lbs (2 kg), we will charge your shipping rates based on your volume. Please contact us for more info on how we can help you with your event order.

Due to the nature of the handmade processes, all our sales are final. Please bombard us with trillion of questions before placing your order, however please contact us if you have any concerns about your order, we will be happy to help

We are not responsible for any custom fees or extra shipping once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and you may get custom fees when they arrive in your country. Shipping is in a FOB shipping point agreement

Yes, you will receive an email once your order is confirmed and another one when it ships. This last one will contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us. We recommend you use the app "17Track" which supports all shipping companies we use

Once payment is received, all orders will be processed within 2 to 5 business days.
